Our Master Butcher Gary has been a butcher since the age of 21 and has butchered in Jersey for 25 years. Josh has been a trainee butcher for 5 years and our newest recruit John, trained as a fishmonger but has swapped his knife skills for meat!
We buy as much local meat as seasonality allows, with local beef available most weeks. All our meats are cut and prepared freshly in store whether it is beef, lamb, pork or chicken.
You will find a tantalising array of products that have all been made in-store, our sausages are famous and there is regularly a variety of 8 different flavours. All our burgers are made from local beef, we prepare faggots in house and are a proud supplier to the trade. Our other specialist meats are game, hare, pigeon, pheasant, partridge, and rabbit.
